When will I get my brownies?

You can select the DISPATCH date on the calendar at the check out, which is when we will send your brownies. We can't guarantee the delivery date because we do not use a guaranteed service.

We generally take 24-48 hours between an order being placed and sending out. This is so we can bake, cool and pack your brownies.

Our brownies are delivered by Royal Mail First Class mail in the United Kingdom only including the Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland and Channel Islands. We also deliver to Ireland and Europe and this shipping can be selected on checkout.

Once they are shipped, our brownies are generally delivered by first class mail. This is generally a next day service, but with increased restrictions for COVIS and local lockdowns, sometimes they are taking much longer.  See our delivery page for more information.

What ingredients do you use?

All brownies are suitable for vegans.

We use Vitalite margarine, who are a member of the Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil although we do recognise the difficulties with this group. We are working to replace palm oil products in our brownies whilst maintaining taste and texture.

What about allergens?

Most of our brownies are gluten-free except the Biscoff flavours and the blondie varieties and are made with Dove's Farm gluten free flour. However they are not suitable for coeliacs due to the risk of cross-contamination with gluten flour. Allergens including peanuts, tree nuts, sesame, gluten and soya are all used in the kitchen, so we cannot guarantee that traces of these allergens are not present in any product.

I haven’t received my brownies

We send all our brownies by Royal Mail first class. This is an untracked service but is usually reliable in providing next day deliveries. If your parcel does not appear to have arrived, firstly please check with the neighbours or around the property in case the parcel has been left in a safe place. If the parcel has not been delivered to neighbours then it is possible that your parcel may have been delayed. You must advise us within 14 days of any non-delivery of a parcel. If your brownies have not been delivered within 5 working days, please let us know and we will sort it out!

What will be included in the package?

Our brownies are wrapped in baking parchment and placed snugly in a beautiful yet sturdy leopard print gift box that goes through most letterboxes. We will also include a message on a postcard (you can specify the wording when ordering), as well as an ingredients list, with full details of allergens. The brownies are sent out in a cardboard wrap to further protect them - meaning that every bit of packaging can be recycled. The receipt will not be included but sent to you by email.

How many brownies can I order?

You can order a box of 6 brownies. For larger orders, please contact us directly so we can work out the most economical way to send it. By November 2020 we will be offering boxes of 10 brownies - so watch this space!

How big are the brownies?

Each brownie measures approximately 6cm X 5cm and are around 2-3cm deep, although flavours like Peanut Butter and Biscoff are slightly deeper. Each box contains at least 575g of brownie.

How big is the postage box?

The postage box measures 200x150x35 mm. The boxes fit through most letterboxes.

How long do the brownies keep for?

The brownies keep for at least 14 days in the fridge and freeze well for a month.

How should I serve them?

We prefer them at room temperature with a coffee or tea.
