How long after I place my order will it be dispatched?
We bake to order, which means that after you place your order it'll take us a minimum of 24 hours to dispatch your brownies. There is an option to select your Dispatch Date when you place your order, but if you don't we will automatically send them on the next available date. This date is shown on a banner at the top of each page of the website. Please be aware that during busy times (and over weekends) this could be 64 hours after your order is placed.
How long will my brownies take to arrive?
The free post option is via Royal Mail 1st Class, which should take 1-2 days from the Dispatch Date that you selected when you made your order (or the next available date, see above). However we are seeing that some boxes are taking up to 7 days from dispatch to arrive due to the pandemic. If your brownies have not 7 days after dispatch please contact us through our email email@example.com

Can I track my delivery?
Yes there are two options for tracked delivery.
Royal Mail tracked (£3) is similar to the free service but with a tracking number. RM tracked is generally taking 1-3 days to arrive, but is still affected by Royal Mail's staff shortages over the pandemic.
DPD (£6). This service tends to take 1-3 days and is trackable on their website. You will be given a tracking number once the brownies have shipped. DPD are the fastest and safest service and is highly recommended for time sensitive orders.
What shall I do if my brownies haven't arrived after 7 days?
Email us! If your brownies haven't arrived after 7 days please let us know and we will sort it out for you.
Can I pick and choose my flavours?
Unfortunately we cannot currently accept custom requests for flavours. As much as we would love to be able to offer this service, we just do not have the administrative capacity for these requests. We hope to be able to offer this in the future, but it requires some head scratching about admin systems!
What coronavirus measures are you taking?
Royal Mail delivers all of our orders, their coronavirus safety policy, including social distancing and hygiene, can be read HERE: https://www.royalmail.com/d8/coronavirus-protection
Our bakery team are working separate shifts and maintaining social distancing where possible. Administrative staff are working from home.
We have strict hygiene measures and deep cleaning procedures in place, which are carried out at least once daily by the bakery team.

What about allergens?
They are marked on the ingredients in bold.
Gluten: Most of our brownies are gluten-free except the Biscoff flavour. We use Doves Farm Gluten Free Flour. However, our brownies are not suitable for coeliacs due to the risk of cross-contamination with gluten flour, which is used in the bakery.
Nuts: Our peanut and hazelnut brownies both contain nuts. Other brownies do not; however if you have a severe nut allergy we cannot guarantee traces of nut won't be present in any of our brownies.
Soya: We use soy milk in all of our brownies.
A note on DAIRY: although our bakery is dairy free, we unfortunately cannot guarantee that the kitchens in which our ingredients are made are. This means that we cannot guarantee against traces of dairy, and therefore unfortunately cannot guarantee safety for those with severe dairy allergies.
Can I send orders to multiple addresses?
Yes, you can, but you have to order them separately. If you are sending orders to multiple addresses you have to complete each order in turn. If you are ordering over 4 orders, please email us and we can arrange this as a bulk order (see next FAQ).
Can I order in bulk?
YES! We love fulfilling bulk orders for companies or very generous friends and we can offer discounts for multiple orders! If you want to order in bulk, instead of going through the website, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can take it from there.
This is a gift! Will you include a receipt with the brownies?
No - all receipts are sent by email so your recipient will not get it. Our brownies are wrapped in baking parchment and placed snugly in a beautiful yet sturdy leopard print gift box that goes through most letterboxes. We will also include a message on a postcard (you can specify the wording when ordering), as well as an ingredients list, with full details of allergens. The brownies are sent out in a cardboard wrap to further protect them - meaning that every bit of packaging can be recycled.
I've entered the wrong billing address but my order has gone through! Is this a problem?
Sometimes when you order via Apple Pay or Paypal the system automatically takes the same billing address as delivery, so if you are sending brownies to a friend it will take their address for billing. This is not a problem as Apple Pay/Paypal work slightly differently. If the order has gone through, you're all good! The recipient will not receive billing information.
How many brownies can I order?
You can order a box of 6 brownies or a box of 10 brownies, saving you 25% per brownie!
How big are the brownies?
Each brownie measures approximately 6cm X 5cm and are around 2-3cm deep, although flavours like Peanut Butter and Biscoff are slightly deeper. Each box of 6 contains at least 575g of brownie and each box of 10 contains at least 860g of brownie.
How big is the postage box?
The 6 brownie postage box measures 200x150x35 mm. The 10 brownie box is 340x150x35 mm. Both boxes fit through most letterboxes.
How long do the brownies keep for?
The brownies keep for at least 14 days in the fridge and freeze well for a month.
How should I serve them?
We prefer them at room temperature with a coffee or tea, or warmed in the microwave with ice cream!
